Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of UCamChat, available at ucamchat.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by (“UCamChat”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use UCamChat

UCamChat is strictly for adults. You may only use the Service if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and if accessing adult content is legal where you are. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may refuse or end access for anyone we believe does not meet them, and we may use age assurance measures where the law requires them.

2. What the Service does

UCamChat is a random video chat that connects two adult users for one-on-one chats by video, audio and text. Users choose Man or Woman and are matched with the opposite gender. The Service includes two-way translation of chat messages. There are no group rooms. Connection times, video quality and translation accuracy depend on many factors, including your device and internet connection, and are not guaranteed.

3. No account to start

You can start using the Service without creating an account. Some features, purchases or support requests may require you to provide information such as an email address or payment details. You are responsible for the security of any device you use to access the Service.

4. Free trial and credits

New visitors may be offered a free trial at our discretion. We may change, limit or withdraw trial offers at any time, and a trial is not guaranteed to every visitor.

After any trial, access to the Service is paid for with credits. The price and number of credits are shown before you buy. Credits remain valid for one year from the date of purchase and expire after that. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under consumer protection law.

5. Adult content and consent

UCamChat is an adult platform. Nudity is not prohibited between two users who both want it. Consent from both users is required at all times, may be withdrawn at any moment and must be respected immediately. No user is ever obliged to do anything. If another user shows content you did not agree to see, end the chat with Next and report it.

6. What you must not do

When using the Service you must not:

• allow anyone under 18 to use the Service, or appear on camera with anyone under 18;
• show, share or request any content involving minors, which we report to the authorities;
• record, screenshot, save or share another user’s video, audio or messages without their consent;
• pressure, coerce, threaten, blackmail or harass any user;
• show sexual content without the other user’s consent, or continue after they ask you to stop;
• share illegal content of any kind;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your age or gender;
• advertise, sell services, solicit payment or send spam;
• ask users for money, gifts, financial information or contact details for fraudulent purposes;
• use bots, scripts, pre-recorded video or automated tools;
• interfere with, attack or reverse engineer the Service;
• use the Service in breach of any law.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports, use automated and human moderation tools and take action when we believe these Terms have been broken. Actions may include ending chats, restricting features, removing access permanently and reporting conduct to law enforcement. Where we suspect content involving minors, we report it to the relevant authorities.

8. Your content

You are responsible for what you show, say and send. You keep any rights you have in your content. You grant us the limited permissions we need to transmit your content to the user you are chatting with and to operate, secure and improve the Service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and text, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it without our written permission. To report content that infringes your rights, see our DMCA and Content Removal page.

11. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers, for example for payments or translation. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free or available at all times, that you will be matched with any particular person or that translations will be accurate. Other users are not our employees or agents, and we are not responsible for their conduct, although we act on reports in line with these Terms. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent allowed by law.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law or if we stop offering the Service.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to let users know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
